HFWorks ，一套全3维高频电磁场仿真软体，它利用强大的有限元分析法专门处理射频、微波及无线应用问题。目前，HFWorks是在SolidWorks上唯一的3维高频电磁仿真软体且获得金牌认证。HFWorks有三种分析选项，天线、S参数及共振分析。HFWorks 可应用于广泛的领域：如 High Q滤波器，振荡器，共振腔，匹配电路，波导管，高频连接器等等。

1. 天线分析

天线分析主要在分析电磁波在开放空间的传播行为，经由此分析可以求得场型，电磁场分布， VSWR 及各种参数。

2. S参数分析

散射参数或 称为 S 参数是指电磁波入射及反射的比例参数，主要用于射频或微波电路。S参数分析主要用于微波元件的仿真，可仿真差分讯号在不同的端口中

3. 共振分析

共振分析主要为判断共振频，经由建立3维模型，设定边际条件之后，利用此选项可以求得共振频率及各种参数。
