Simufact 的出现(研发),让锻造业者也有机会得以享用数值分析工具所带来的莫大好处。Simufact 是一个功能强大的3D锻造制程模拟分析工具,能有效地用来观察比较钢模与锻造程序制程的不同,对各种制程特性的影响,包括:材料流动、最后工件的形状与机械性质、多余材料区(material flash region)等,以期能用最省的材料、最短的时程,得到机械性质最符合预期的锻造产品。目前,Simufact 已被日本几家居于领导地位的公司用于实际的锻造制程模拟分析,例如Sumitomo重工、Toyota汽车与Denso公司。

simufact.forming11.0 新版本中主要对前后处理,相关功能,优化,并行等多方面进行了改进,其最大的改变是能够进行全工艺链的仿真计算。从铸造(magma or procast的结果可以导入simufact.forming)开始到锻造,焊接和热处理都可以在simufact仿真环境中完成。其次就是热处理功能的增强,同时对材料数据库界面和接口也做了重新设计,新版的软件中包含600多个条目的材料数据。材料数据格式支持*.gmt (Matilda),JMatPro *.jmt,*.mfd, *.mat,*.sf (simufact.forming)等。另外就是一些功能的改进,在型材轧制、复杂机构运动、碾压等方面做了增强。

1. Install Simufact.Forming.11.0.1 and 11.0.2 update (be sure to install simufact.license module !)

2. Copy folder "_SolidSQUAD_" to your computer

3. Run SimuFact_LicGen_SSQ.exe (on Vista/Win7 computers be sure to run it as Administrator)

Be sure that MAC Address displaying by LicGen is real MAC address of your computer network card

If you want you can change license Expiry Date

4. Click "Load License Template"..

5. Browse to "simufact.forming.SSQ" file and click Open

6. Click Generate License

7. Save license file "license.dat" to \license\license_files\ (by default: C:\Program Files\simufact\license\license_files\ )

8. Run "simufact.license" (Start > All Programs > Simifact > Simufact.Utilities > Simufact.License 2012)

9. On "General settings" select "Local Licensing" and browse to "license.dat"

10. Open "Local licensing" tab and be sure that "license.dat" is present in list

11. Click OK
