BinHex 格式只支持个人文件，所以 Mac OS X 程序或者其它 Mac OS X 软件包不在支持之列。

OldHex does the following

:

• Batch convert multiple Classic Mac apps or documents into the BinHex (HQX) format.

• BinHex format protects Classic Mac files when being sent through the internet (FTP, Email).

• Encoded files retain their original name automatically.

• User selected destination for converted files.

• Original files remain unmodified.

• Fast conversion.

The Binhex format only supports individual files, so Mac OS X Apps or other Mac OS X Bundles, are not supported.
