As the name implies Modern Roots Reggae XXL leans towards the modern reggae style characterized by R&B/Pop style chord changes over heavy roots reggae grooves made popular by artists such as Morgan Heritage, Tarrus Riley, Beres Hammond, J Boog, Colie Buddz, Kymani Marley, Romaine Vigo, iWayne, Etana and more.

The live band feel was captured in the studio using the best outboard gear. We provided the main grooves and all the derivative parts that were played. This kit is chock full of organ bubbles, piano spanks, guitar skanks and chuckles and the most important bass and drum riddims. You get intros, main grooves and outros on most kits.
