Steve Linder’s career began humbly enough – as a waiter – but he soon found himself unemployed, $35,000 in debt and contemplating bankruptcy.

Fast forward to the year 2000, and Steve had become a Vice President and Principal at Bank of America Securities. Yet, his entrepreneurial nature got the best of him, and he left the Bank that year to establish the Electronic Investing Corporation, where he developed a technology solution that he sold to E*TRADE Financial for $14 million. He soon became E*Trade's Chief Information Officer, and then, following 9/11, he left E*TRADE to found Synergetic Results International, an organization he still leads today.
