This course introduces problem solving and decision making techniques. These days, we are all regularly faced with problems we need to solve and decisions we need to make. This course will show you which techniques are the most efficient for various circumstances. It will help you to solve both simple and complex problems and make decisions more easily and with more confidence. The techniques that will be covered in detail are: brainstorming, nominal group techniques, mind maps and affinity diagrams.
