Analog Performer 1: Uptempo showcases unique synthesizer performances by best-selling ambient artist Phil Thornton (credits include Sinéad O’Connor, Arthur Brown, Hossam Ramzy, Expandis). Featuring vintage Korg and Moog sequences, as well as drum loops, chords, and special effects, this multiformat loop collection adds analog energy to all styles of electronic music.

Analog Performer 1: Uptempo was created by Phil using his personal collection of vintage gear, including Korg MS-20 and Moog Source synthesizers, a Korg SQ-10 analog sequencer, and two Electribe drum machines. Many of the included loops showcase the crunchy, spiky sound of the Korg MS-20’s dual filter, expertly programmed by Phil for his signature sound.

As a bonus, 40 fully-produced demonstration mixes are included for use as royalty-free music beds.
