If you are wondering how this sample library fits into 1824 MB of downloads when it's actually approx 7.5 gigabytes in size, read on: We correctly stated that there are over 9000 samples and over 7.5 Gb of data in this product. The reason your downloads only amount to a total of 1824 MB is of course that Propellerheads' Refill Packer utility was used to compress the entire finished library into just a few Refill files. Before the samples were 'packed' into Refills, they occupied over 7 Gb. The Packer Utility compressed them to a much smaller size using a "lossless" compression algorithm. This type of compression removes only redundant audio information and does not affect audio quality in a way that can be detected by the ear. When Reason accesses and loads the sounds from the refill, it decompresses them back to normal size.
