You can change the presets provided in a single click, or you can configure the user settings in a few clicks. All animation is driven by your sound, without any keyframes. Rendering time:

These templates are optimized for fast rendering, but it may take some time. Rendering takes about ~1.5 hour per 1 min of the video on an average laptop (tested on Core i7-4720HQ, 16GB RAM, Win 8.1, AE CS6 with multiprocessing).
