GLITCH & HOLOMATRIX

By request, new features have been added to Glitch and Holomatrix.

Glitch now includes controls for changing and randomizing the frame rate of the the glitches.

Holomatrix includes a new “Disable Time FX” switch that allows it to interact with other effects on the same layer.
